Shipping Policy

At Gogoginaclothing our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If you would like to receive your product faster, you may choose to purchase Priority or Express shipping for an additional cost, which will drastically reduce the time it takes to receive your item(s). 

Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information upon ordering. If you have given us the wrong address and the item is returned to sender (us) then we will refund you for the item only and you may choose to reorder it again with correct shipping information. If the item is never returned, and was shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, no refund will be processed. 

Please choose a safe place to receive your delivery. Once a product is marked "delivered", it is considered received by the customer and all standard refund policies will begin at that time.
